Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee fit-out and maintenance projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project scheduling, material planning, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare comprehensive material lists for each site, coordinating procurement and delivery.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to optimize project execution.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools and techniques.
• Ability to create detailed material plans and coordinate procurement processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Any relevant certifications, e.g., PMP, construction management qualifications, etc. is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
