Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee event projects, particularly within the sports industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale events from concept to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute event projects with a focus on sports events.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
• Conduct site visits, oversee logistics, and troubleshoot on-site during events.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and post-event evaluations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the events or exhibitions industry, with a focus on sports events.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools.
• Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours as required by event schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in sports event planning or project management.
• Knowledge of technical aspects of event production, including AV, staging, and logistics.
