The main job responsibilities and content of the project manager:
1. Be fully responsible for the technical work of the project, including design commission, drawing review, participation in engineering design bidding, preparation of design and construction task books, and review of construction drawings to ensure the scientific rationality of engineering design and the quality and safety of construction.
2. Coordinate and solve technical problems, including major technical problems encountered during project construction and coordination problems between construction drawings of various disciplines, review equipment configuration, examine the applicability of new processes, new materials, and new technologies, and strive for continuous innovation.
3. Project management, execute the work affairs arranged by the direct leader, do a good job in project construction planning, personnel management, quality control, cost management, etc., and assist the budget department and cost department in pre-settlement and cost analysis.
4. Construction site management, responsible for safe construction management and civilized construction management of the construction site, coordinate with Party A and the supervision unit to solve problems, plan the expenditure of engineering costs, and be responsible for engineering construction, acceptance, audit, settlement, and payment collection.

Organization and coordination?, organize and coordinate the relationship between various parties and departments during the construction process, resolve conflicts, understand customer needs, set project goals, and ensure that a consensus is reached with customers on core project control links such as project goals, schedules, quality goals and assurance measures.
?6. Quality control and safety management?, supervise quality management, ensure that the construction quality meets the acceptance standards of the government administrative department and the company's internal acceptance standards, control the construction progress, and ensure that the construction project is completed within the planned time.

Contract execution and decision-making?, fulfill contract obligations, supervise contract execution, handle contract changes, and make timely and correct decisions on major issues such as the order, steps and time arrangements of project implementation, personnel appointments and dismissals, rewards and punishments.
8. It is necessary to have rich engineering experience and professional knowledge, as well as excellent organizational management skills and coordination and communication skills.
