Job Overview

YS Lootah Tech is seeking an organized and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate resources, facilitate communication between teams and clients, and ensure smooth project execution from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of progress and addressing concerns.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to minimize impact.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects in IT or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of IT and software development processes.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of UAE's IT market and business culture.
• Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
