Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee decorative glass and metal projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to drive multiple projects while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead project teams from initiation through project closeout, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers. Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, control expenses, and ensure profitability while meeting quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control measures during all project phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, create mitigation strategies, and resolve project issues efficiently.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all project activities adhere to relevant safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing large-scale construction or interior design projects, preferably in the glass or metal industry.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong understanding of decorative glass processing methods, including lamination, printing, and custom fabrication.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
