Al Ikhaa Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare detailed project reports for management and clients.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with 3-5 years in the UAE.
• Proven expertise in design & build, warehouse construction, villas, and manufacturing projects.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Extensive knowledge of UAE construction codes, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong network of market and client contacts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end project processes.
