Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in the real estate development and construction industry to oversee and drive the successful execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the construction sector, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables align with expectations.
• Oversee the preparation and management of project documentation, including contracts, permits, and approvals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify adherence to design and construction standards.
• Address and resolve any quality or safety issues promptly during construction.
• Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the construction process.
• Promote a safety-first culture on-site and within the project team.
• Oversee the final inspection and ensure the smooth handover of villas or other development projects to clients.
• Ensure all project documentation, including warranties and maintenance manuals, is complete and delivered to the client.
• Evaluate project components and processes to optimize cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Continuously monitor and report on project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in real estate development .
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proven track record in value engineering and risk management.
• Hands-on experience in project handover processes and final inspections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
