Job Description

• Oversee the Interior/Fit-out activities that take place on the worksite. Managing Interior/Fit-out crew, inspecting ongoing work, ensuring adherence to all Government regulations, arranging for necessary equipment and keeping project costs under budget.
• Heavily involved in planning, organizing and controlling deliverables at site.
• Responsible for supervising the sub-contractors and labor while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Responsible for the project deliverables as set out to maintain the project schedule and completion date.
• Managing projects within the established scope, schedule, checklist, and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality and initiate kick-off meeting.
• Responsible for the entire project a management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, delivery, etc.
• Coordination with team for projects materials, and material board for the quotation based on the design and client requirements and verify the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors/suppliers.
• PM has to ensure that the teams are working in sync as per the checklist.
• Quality control of work done at the site before handover and in the workshop before delivery/shipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
