Project: - Routine Maintenance of Road Structures

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the Routine Maintenance of Road Structures for the Bur Dubai project. The successful candidate will lead the project, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and budgetary guidelines while managing the project team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the RMB3 project focused on the routine maintenance of road structures
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Lead and manage teams of engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders
• Optimize the use of resources and manage project risks effectively
• Prepare and present project status reports
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety
• Ensure timely completion with minimal disruption to traffic

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, particularly in road maintenance or infrastructure projects
• PMP certification is required
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with road maintenance projects in the UAE
• Familiarity with Bur Dubai infrastructure and project specifications
