Job Description

PROJECT MANAGER:

:

Be responsible for the overall management and success of the project.

Prepare the site planning and liaise with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work start.

Preparation of Metal Roofing system/ cladding/ facade work procedures and Method statements for site work,

Prepare project program / schedule, daily planning and execution of works as per the project program

Work closely with the QS to ensure project financial targets are met and Monitoring and reporting project costs and progress to Operation manager.

Monitoring and ensuring of quality work and timely completion of the project.

Preparing weekly report, monthly report, percentage analysis against planned Vs Actual

Coordinate with Subcontractor/ supplier and resolve our and their concerns

Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback

Regular coordination with Site Safety team for safety issues in line to Safety Policy.

Experience:

Minimum 10-12 years' experience in Metal roofing preferably Standing seam roof, wall cladding, Facade, ACP, Shingles and secondary steel supports

Detail knowledge of KalZip / Kingspan / Bemo system

Minimum 4-5 full cycle project from mobilization to handing over

Minimum 50,000Sqm of Roofing work experience.

Experience in Infinity panel, curved roof and concepts.

Advantage of having experience in Airport project, Mall, Hanger

and Amusement parks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience in AutoCAD and other design software

Knowledge of Primavera P6/MS project

MS Office
