Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

2. Execution and Monitoring:

Manage and lead project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

3. Communication and Reporting:

Ensure clear communication among all project stakeholders.

Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and milestones to stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver detailed project reports and presentations.

4. Quality Assurance:

Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and that deliverables meet the required specifications.

Conduct thorough project evaluations and assess results.

5. Stakeholder Management:

Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Manage stakeholder expectations and provide timely responses to inquiries.

6. Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Ensure all projects comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
• Proven working experience in project management.
• Experience in managing projects preferably in the Education sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
