Job Description

The candidate is responsible for managing the fit out, technology, and construction tasks throughout the company's projects and deliver not just buildings, but also excellent customer relationships developed on mutual trust, collaboration, and open communication.

Responsibilities:

• Manages subcontractors to help deliver the project on time and within budget.
• Supervise the project planning, site contractors, and ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
• Supervise the fit-out works including all interior fixings and equipment.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifeline.
• Handover of the facility to the end client after project completion.
• Being available on site 5 days a week and answering any queries or questions.
• and Perform other tasks required by the company projects.

Qualifications:

• With Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or on similar field.
• With at least 2-3 years of experience in Fit-out & Building Constructions in The UAE.
• Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills and sound knowledge of construction.
• Experience in retrofit / refurbishment projects.
• Ability to build and develop relationships e.g., marketing relationships with external professionals and clients, strategic relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Can join immediately.
