Job Description

• Higher education (architecture/management/construction engineering)
• 8-12 years' experience / Experience as a project manager.
• Experience in Dubai is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of Authoritry's rules, regulations, and NOCs.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, methods, and regulations.
• Excellent knowledge in bids processes.
• Very Good skills in communication with all key stakeholders.
• Tracking and reporting on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Work with the clients on the project: meetings, schedules, approvals, notifications.
• Conducting meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, preparing MOM and reports based on the results of the meetings.
• Extensive knowledge of the project life cycle from the design stage till handing over.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Good knowledge in preparing Feasibility study.
• Consultant office background is preferred.
• Fluent oral and written communication in English.
• Working on AutoCAD, Excel, Words, MS project, Primavera.
• Holding a UAE driving license.
