The Role

Currently looking to recruit a Project Management professional with a strong background in architecture, design and construction. Ideally, they will have a good experience on all types of major build projects such as hotels/casino's and large residential areas. Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the design, construction and installation. Duties: o Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. o Lead Contractor's on site execution team. o Lead and manage all sub-contractor's work. o Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. o Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project. o Procure supplies and materials to complete construction projects. o Develop and implement quality control programs. o Take actions to deal with the results of delays at construction site. o Liaise with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems. o Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.



Requirements

Requirements: o Minimum 10 years construction experience with at least 2 years in the UAE working for a Tier 1 Building Contractor or reputable Sub Contractor. o Very Strong English writing/communication skills preferred.
