Project Overview:

We are launching a project to construct a cutting-edge Sports, Recreation, Entertainment, and Wellness Facility in Dubai. This multi-functional complex will feature sports courts, wellness centers, entertainment areas, and more, designed to provide a world-class experience for all visitors.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the construction of this flagship facility. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse team of architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and create effective mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure they remain within budget constraints.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a preference for experience in sports, recreation, or entertainment facility projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing projects in the Middle East, particularly in Dubai.
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively resolve conflicts.
