Job Description

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring the client's specifications and requirements are met and progress is in line with the plan.

• Liaising with Labors and Sub-contractors throughout the project.
• Creating detailed fragments of the program to plan and track the progress closely and to allocate resources efficiently.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Ensuring that all labors are following the quality and safety control and are always

adhering to Method Statements.

• overseeing construction work.
• checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Supervising and preparing material lists based on the site requirement.
• liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, architects, and other professionals, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
• preparing site reports and logging progress.
• ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
