Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and track progress against established targets.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present project status reports and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• construction: 2 years (Preferred)
• painting: 2 years (Preferred)
• Home Renovation: 2 years (Preferred)
• Swimming Pool: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• driving license (Required)
