As a Project Manager in this department, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and energetic team of legal and compliance professionals.The position As a Project Manager in our Legal and Compliance department, you will have the opportunity to:
Support various key global investigations. Be responsible for proper investigation administration, maintenance, and archiving.
Take initiatives to enhance the department documentation management and maintenance (e-folders, archives, common drive).
Prepare correspondence and other communications to internal and external stakeholders mainly related to relevant investigations.
Establish and maintain a virtual law library and list of best practices. Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion and judgment.
Follow up on own initiative on outstanding issues and keep the members of the department informed of status. Participate in or lead individually assigned projects as deemed appropriate.
The Project Manager will be hired for a two-year employment contract.Qualifications
Law school graduate with a minimum of 3 years of law firm or corporate department experience.
Experience with project management in a dynamic, international setting.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
