For individuals who can take the initiative but work well within a team.We are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management team based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a project team to achieve optimal balance between cost, time and quality and between cost, benefit and risk on projects of complexity up to (and including) 3 by ensuring both effective and efficient execution of the project in such a way that the QHSSE, technical, commercial and contractual requirements are met.Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and work collaboratively across multiple service lines and business units.
• Prepare and maintain definitions of the requirements of projects.
• Develop budgets for projects and control forecast and actual costs against planned,
• Use and apply appropriate tools and techniques to assess and manage risks and issues, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders,
• Define and implement change control processes and procedures for the project.
• Identify and record changes that may impact the project baselines and objectives by applying change management and change control tools and techniques
• Preparing and maintaining schedules of activities and events of projects, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements. planning and implementing responses to project risk.
• Support more complex projects by leading a work package.
• Apply relevant contract management standards and frameworks, identifies areas of unclear scope, Manage stakeholder expectations and interests.

What Skills & Experience Will You Have?EducationBSC Engineering ideally with a major in Civil EngineeringPrevious experience required

• 5 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Project Manager

• Previous experience of QHSSE Management System and QHSSE programmes.
• Knowledge of Autocad is a must
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• An Arabic speaker would be an advantage
• Good commercial knowledge for assessing business risks and opportunities to undertake commercial negotiations
• Ability to collaborate with other team members in developing strategy and implementing business plans
• Strong planning, organizing and priority setting skills, with a proven ability to manage teams
• Broad technical and commercial knowledge covering multiple disciplines
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors
• Demonstrated ability in meeting project budget, schedule, and quality
• Contract management & claim experiences
• Financial control knowledge and understanding
• Demonstrated professional interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence others and lead and inspire teams.
• High level of resilience and accountability
• Good networking and communication skills

License/ certification/ qualification

• PMP (Project Management Professional \xe2\x80\x93 USA) or APM (Associate Project Management \xe2\x80\x93 UK) certification (or working towards this qualification)
• Formal qualification in Safety discipline or adequate experience in Safety field e.g. NEBOSH (International) Diploma, or equivalent.
