If so, we, the CX Payment Solution team, would be the right match for you.As the Project Manager in the CX Payment Solution team, you would be accountable for the following:
  • Work on the comprehensive project plan that outlines the project\'s scope, objectives & timeline.
  • Identifying potential project risk and develop risk mitigation strategies by assessing those risks and take steps to minimize their impact on the project.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to project milestones and objectives.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in sourcing initiatives.
  • Analyse supplier proposals, perform cost and price analysis, and make recommendations for supplier selection by creating digital scenarios.
  • Facilitate project review meetings and communicate project outcomes to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure process mapping and compliance with Hapag-Lloyd\'s Global Credit Management Policies and Regional Guidelines while minimizing exposure and risk of assets.
  • He or she will be responsible to act as Bridge with HL Key Stakeholders to manage Legal (Contract management incl. SLOs, SLAs, SLIs), Payment services, Process & Application Alignment, and Integration.
  • He or she will be responsible for exploration, roll out planning, market assessment, roll out execution, monitor country rollouts incl. status reports, test management, user onboarding.
  • Work on complex project and interpret optimization results and provide recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Co-ordinate with PO and FIS 3 development team to support deployment of the digital solutions.
  • Evaluate Automation process and co-ordinate with platform and business till final deployment.
  • Facilitate change management activities to ensure a smooth transition to any new systems or processes.
  • Developing and deliver training programs to educate team members and other users on how to effectively use the new tool.
  • Oversees project closure process, including finalizing deliverables, obtaining signoffs, conducting project reviews, and capturing lessons learned for future projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and coordinating with them on various procurement activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Post Go Live - Operations Monitoring - product usage, gap analysis and usage optimization support and coordination.
Qualifications/skills/experience:
  • You should be capable of thriving in a fast paced, rapidly changing, and dynamic environment. You must display a true team player attitude with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. We would like you to have.
  • Minimum 10 + years of work experience in Customer Service or Finance with expertise on Payment Solutions
  • Should understand Agile Way of Working
  • Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques and the capability to interpret and present complex data sets is an essential requirement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager. PMP Certification will be an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management skills are essential for prioritizing tasks.
