- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Manage the budget and resources
- Optimize compliance and process
- Fluent Russian Language
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams
- Basic understanding of all development processes
- Building and managing project schedules using Gantt charts
- Understanding of web applications development principles - DB, Microservices, REST, HTTP, DNS
- Remote work from any location
