Job Description

(DM (Dubai Municipality) approval for G+ 1 villa grade projects) JOB REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proven working experience in Civil engineering (at least 7 years+ of experience)
BS/MA in Civil Engineering
Ensure compliance with DM regulations and standards.
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Primavera or similar
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
Prepare cost estimation for the projects, BOQ and Tendering submission
Project management and supervision skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
License of professional engineer
Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Assess potential risks, materials and costs
Solving technical, safety or legal issues that may arise on a site
Ensure employees adhere to legal and safety protocols and regulations
Travel amongst our various project sites throughout the city
Experience with FEWA is essential.
dm g+1 registered civil engineer is a must

Requirements \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in civil engineering. \xc2\xb7 DM (Dubai Municipality) approval for G+ 1 villa grade projects \xc2\xb7 Extensive experience with main contractors in Dubai \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in civil engineering, preferably in the construction industry in Dubai. \xc2\xb7 Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes. \xc2\xb7 Excellent project management and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work well in a team and independently.
