Job Description

We are hiring a Project Manager - Pool & Landscape. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of projects within the construction division, requiring a combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, and project management expertise. Responsibilities: 1. Preparing Program of work (POW) as per signed agreement to meet the construction deadlines and submit to the Project Director. 2. Oversee multiple landscape project quality with assigned supervisor and to make sure it must be according to approved stamp drawing from local authorities. 3. coordinate and plan the work with Project coordinator and MEP Engineer to meet the construction program and deadlines. 4. Project manager must achieve the payment milestones as per given by Project Director to run the operation smoothly. 5. Weekly submit progress report to Project Director and if required on demand from client to submit under the permission of senior management. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 2 to 4 years of experience in the pool and landscape industry, preferably in a project manager role. \xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in civil engineering. \xc2\xb7 A valid UAE driver's license is a must. \xc2\xb7 Must Be G + 1 DM Approved Engineer Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month Application Deadline: 06/06/2024
