Job Description

Position: Technical Project Manager Casabella Interiors Dubai Responsibilities: Site Measurements and CAD Drawings:

Conduct detailed site measurements and generate accurate CAD drawings.
Continuously update drawings to ensure accuracy for carpentry teams.

Procurement of Raw Materials:

Manage the procurement process for raw materials.
Contact and coordinate with non-English speaking suppliers and address any issues.

Production Coordination:

Monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate with production teams to address any delays or concerns in the manufacturing process.

File Organization:

Maintain a structured digital filing system for all project-related documents.
Ensure files are organized per project and easily accessible to team members.

Drawing Management:

Keep all project drawings up-to-date and available for carpenters.
Regularly review and modify drawings as needed to meet changing project specifications.

Proficient in Excel Proficient in Powerpoint Additional Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of interior fit-out projects from conception through completion.
Liaise with clients to gather project requirements and provide regular updates on progress.
Conduct quality control checks on-site to ensure the finished product meets the desired specifications and quality standards.

Requirements:

Degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in a project coordination role, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
