• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project objectives, scope, and specifications.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and present them to stakeholders for approval.
• Monitor project progress, track expenses, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise all project activities, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Implement and enforce safety and quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Handle any changes or issues that arise during the construction process, making necessary adjustments to maintain project success.
• Communicate project status and updates to clients, management, and project teams.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that may impact project progress, implementing effective solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify work is in compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Ensure the efficient use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit project reports, including financial reports, to company management.
• Participate in project risk assessment and mitigation planning.

• Arab National holding Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certifications are a plus.
• Proven 10 years experience as a Project Manager in the UAE construction industry.
• Dubai Municipality Certified Engineering Professional is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent knowledge of safety and quality standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
