About the Role
We are seeking aProject Manager to lead and deliver customer projects within the Identity Biometry Solutions space under the DIS GBU. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects in alignment with customer goals, managing timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. You will collaborate with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to meet contractual requirements and project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
:
+ Manage the full project lifecycle to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality as per customer contracts.
+ Interface with customers, delivery teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
+ Develop the master project plan and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
+ Capture, validate, and complete customer requirements within the Solution Requirements Specification.
+ Provide regular project progress reports to management, customer project managers, and sponsors.
+ Set up and track the project budget while ensuring profitability.
+ Manage both internal and external deliveries, including contract management.
+ Proactively identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any issues.
Customer Engagement & Contract Management
:
+ Coordinate with engineering delivery centers for seamless execution of technical project aspects.
+ Ensure customer acceptance of the project at customer premises.
+ Manage delivery scope as per contractual agreements and lead change management for scope modifications.
+ Influence customer needs and requirements based on client solutions offerings.
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing
:
+ Supervise all project deliverables, including software, hardware, services, and documentation.
+ Implement the quality process as per Manage Project and DDQS guidelines.
+ Conduct post-mortem meetings to capture lessons learned and disseminate them to the team.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Education
:
Engineering
or
Master's in Computer Science
(or related field).
Competencies
:
+ Fluent in English (French is a plus).
+ Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, IPMA C).
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
+ Crisis management and contract management experience.
+ Pre-sales and solution selling abilities.
+ Knowledge in cryptography, personalization solutions, and biometrics is a plus.

Travel Requirements:
1-2 weeks at the beginning of the project
Up to 20% travel during project execution
2-3 weeks during delivery and acceptance phases
