About Us:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in construction management and real estate development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Lead and manage all aspects of construction and real estate development projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Budget & Cost Control: Develop, manage, and track project budgets and costs, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Scheduling & Planning: Create and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and the project team, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues proactively.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the construction and development processes adhere to industry standards and company specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 5-10 years of experience in construction project management and real estate development.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
• PMP certification (preferred).
