Job Title: Project Manager (Construction and Consultancy). Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a background in construction and consultancy to oversee ultra-luxury villa projects and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and client consultancy. They will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget, schedule, and quality standards while exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities: Lead and manage ultra-luxury villa projects from conception to completion, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover phases. Oversee maintenance projects for existing properties, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and design specifications. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings and develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Mentor and supervise project teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster professional development and ensure high performance. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably with a consultancy firm. Proven track record of successfully managing ultra-luxury villa projects and maintenance projects. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
