DescriptionThis is a client-side role working for a Developer in the heart of Abu Dhabi. They are looking for a Project Manager to lead a Residential development from A-Z. This person will be involved in this project from front end Design through to Delivery / Execution and hand over.In addition to this there is also the opportunity to work with the Development Team to contribute to the work winning, design and development of upcoming projects.Responsibilities:- Manage the overall project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.- Lead regular project meetings and provide status updates to senior management.- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize disruptions and delays.- Collaborate with the design team to contribute to the front-end design and development of future projects.- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity.Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
