Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee telecom civil projects, including maintenance works and infrastructure development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects within the telecommunications sector, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to safety, quality, and budget standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage telecom civil projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established benchmarks.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, standards, and best practices in all project activities.
• Oversee maintenance works related to telecom infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 of experience in project management within the telecom civil works and maintenance sector.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, civil engineering principles, and maintenance practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with construction management and contractor oversight.
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and standards in the telecom industry.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
