• A bachelor's degre e in civil engineering, construction management, construction science, or a related field is typically required.
• A master's degree in project management , civil engineering, or business administration (MBA) can be advantageous for career advancement.

Certifications (Optional but Recommended):

• Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• SOA , AUH Classification Cert , DM - approved Unlimited

10 to 15 years experience as a Project Manager Civil in Building and construction field , exp. in AUH / Dubai Projects, High rise , villas, residential etc.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore).
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, cost estimation, and contract management.

Other Important Skills:

• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
• Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to handle budgeting and financial management tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management:
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects
• Resource Management:
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Quality Control and Safety:
• Ensure projects comply with all safety and building regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:
• Address any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain thorough project documentation.
• Prepare reports on project progress, budget status, and other metrics for stakeholders.
