Job Description

: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in civil engineering to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with contractors and subcontractors, extensive experience in managing construction projects, and a deep understanding of the UAE construction market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management:
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Contractor and Subcontractor Management:
• Identify, evaluate, and select contractors and subcontractors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Site Management:
• Oversee daily operations on construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
• Quality Control and Compliance:
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong network and connections with contractors and subcontractors in the UAE.
• Skills:
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be an immediate joiner.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
