Responsibilities and Skills: -
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyse project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Proven track record of Successfully managing and delivering construction projects within budget and on schedule.
• Ensure that the quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with the acceptance criteria identified for the project and standard practice.
• Strong understanding of construction regulations, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience : Min 15 years' experience required (School/Residential/Commercial/Industrial projects).
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
