Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
Experience : 10+ years' proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in construction projects (School/Residential/Commercial/Industrial projects).
Responsibilities and Skills: -
• Key Responsible for Project planning, Team Leadership, Resource Management, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Budget and Cost Control, Client Communication, Regulatory Compliance and Health and Safety.
• Proven track record of Successfully managing and delivering construction projects within budget and on schedule.
• Strong understanding of construction regulations, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
