Job Description

Role Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CEO Assistant and Project Manager to support our CEO and manage various business, sales, and project initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent multitasking abilities and a strong background in project management. \ Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the CEO in daily operations, managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
  • Coordinate and follow up on tasks and projects across different departments, ensuring timely completion.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication.
  • Manage business and sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings and decision-making processes.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support the CEO and project teams.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and analyse project performance, providing regular updates to the CEO and relevant stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in executive assistance and project management.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
