Role Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CEO Assistant and Project Manager to support our CEO and manage various business, sales, and project initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent multitasking abilities and a strong background in project management. \ Key Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO in daily operations, managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
Coordinate and follow up on tasks and projects across different departments, ensuring timely completion.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication.
Manage business and sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings and decision-making processes.
Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accessible.
Conduct research and gather information as needed to support the CEO and project teams.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.
Monitor and analyse project performance, providing regular updates to the CEO and relevant stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in executive assistance and project management.
Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
