Responsible for establishing and running the Project Management Office with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost & quality. Responsible for leading the Transformation of all countries in scope (full exit, partial exit, transformation, license change).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Project Management and Governance
Transformation
Responsible for laying down detailed transformation and executing the same as per plan
Responsible for establishing the new business and operating model post transformation incl. business plan, org structure, capacity, centralisation
Responsible for overseeing the relevant regulatory, legal, tax, HR, operational issues pertaining to overall transformation
Responsible for coordination with all external suppliers engaged in transformation program (Consultant, Law firm, etc.)
Responsible for managing & ensuring alignment with all FAB Group stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance, IT, Business Lines etc.)
Budgeting and Financial Performance
Establish a process and monitor the financial performance for the unit and ensure all activities are carried out in line with the approved guidelines while promptly reporting on any variances to management.
Develop and execute a robust process to manage the complete dept. budget incl. Purchase orders, invoices etc.
Providing insight to Leadership team on budgets, forecasted spend, resource utilization
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Establish governance, policies and controls for the entire unit to follow
Establish a control mechanism to check the same are being followed
Perform independent quality assurance and milestone review to ensure policies and process is being followed during program execution
Develop and deploy standards, methods and tools for the management of projects that are robust and fit for purpose
Ensure consistency of deliverables and artefacts across all projects
Reporting
Develop robust reporting and communication methodologies and tools to provide regular updates on the progress of international business change and transformation portfolio. Ensure periodic reporting of status as per agreed dates
Ensure transparency in risks and project status reporting and adherence to decision gates
Ensure proper governance around minutes, key decisions and agreed action steps
Ensure ongoing tracking of the plan so that key milestones are not missed. Provide early alerts, escalations and potential solutions for any risks
People Management
Manage the performance and development of the PMO Team
Manage all external vendors supporting the IBG integration program
Ensure smooth onboarding of vendors and be involved with procurement in vendor management
Vendor & Commercial management : Manage, negotiate service, and other purchase agreements along with Procurement & legal departments
Other planning activities
Co-ordinate and manage capacity and demand across all international programmes
Establish a flexible delivery model to deal with peaks in demand
Forward plan for people, finance , tools in relation to the programme
Responsible for coordinating with Leadership on all project approvals
Qualifications
Min. Graduate, Master preferred
Min 15 years of experience of managing a diverse portfolio in a matrix environment
Experience of full project life cycle delivery;
Proven PMO experience and operating at a leadership level
Experience of establishing a PMO from scratch
Demonstrable stakeholder management skills
Experience in technology discipline is desirable
Working knowledge of various project management methodologies
