Responsibilities also cover schedule and cost adherence and coordination.\xc2\xb7 Interface with Owners representatives and Licensor as required for resolving any issues related to the area.\xc2\xb7 Closely co-ordinate with Engineering and participate in / contribute to Engineering / technical decisions, taking into consideration Constructability and Project requirements, schedule and cost adherence.\xc2\xb7 Participate in Design reviews.\xc2\xb7 Closely co-ordinate pre-order activities and resolve technical issues to ensure timely placement of Purchase Orders.\xc2\xb7 Monitor performance of suppliers and subcontractors to determine compliance with Contractual obligations.\xc2\xb7 Resolve issues arising from disputes or sub-standard performance.\xc2\xb7 Manage the preparation and presentation of the final documentation and liaise with the Owner for the issuance of the acceptance certificates.\xc2\xb7 Provide leadership to project engineers and team to plan, monitor, and control the execution of the assigned area within the time and budgetary parameters.Functional Competence\xc2\xb7 Thorough knowledge and understanding of all phases and sequence of engineering project execution.\xc2\xb7 Application of multi-discipline technical knowledge.\xc2\xb7 Possesses knowledge and experience to identify and resolve conflicts.\xc2\xb7 Able to review and ensure delivery of Contract requirements.\xc2\xb7 Thorough knowledge and understanding of all phases and sequencing of construction execution and standard requirements and process related to field change documents.\xc2\xb7 Able to plan & administer project resources.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:\xc2\xb7 An Engineering degree with a minimum of 15 years of project management experience in the oil and gas sector.\xc2\xb7 An engineering degree with a minimum of 15 years of project management experience in the oil and gas sector and / or Refinery and Petrochemical sector.\xc2\xb7 Experience in Project management EIT\xc2\xb7 Through knowledge and understanding of all phases and sequence of work in Project Management.\xc2\xb7 Possesses knowledge and experience to identify and resolve conflicts.\xc2\xb7 Exposure to Client interactions and discussions.Additional Information
