Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of aluminum and glass projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee end-to-end project execution, including design, fabrication, installation, and handover phases.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment of project objectives.

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to resolve issues.

Supervise site activities to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.

Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals and maintain productivity.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the Aluminum & Glass industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale facade and glazing projects.

Strong understanding of aluminum and glass systems, fabrication, and installation techniques.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
