Job Title: Project Manager - Aluminum and Facade
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and design teams to ensure alignment with project specifications and design intent.
Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate project teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and subcontractors.
Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and problem-solving.
Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as necessary.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to facilitate effective collaboration.
Provide regular updates to clients on project status, changes, and milestones.
Budget and Financial Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals.
Monitor project expenses, manage change orders, and ensure all financial aspects are documented accurately.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure that all work complies with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Oversee quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor progress and address any quality or safety issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, plans, schedules, and reports.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the aluminum, facade, or construction industry.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of facade systems, aluminum curtain walls, cladding, and glazing techniques.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering solutions.
Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.
Preferred:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Experience in value engineering and cost control processes.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
