Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager

with expertise in

aluminium and facade systems

to lead and oversee project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the timely completion of facade projects while maintaining quality, safety, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and oversee

aluminium & facade projects from inception to completion. Manage project

budgets, schedules, and resources

to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with

clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers

to ensure seamless execution. Ensure compliance with

design specifications, safety standards, and quality control

. Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve project-related issues proactively. Oversee procurement and ensure material availability per project needs. Prepare

progress reports, risk assessments, and project documentation

. Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree

in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

5+ years of experience

in aluminium & facade project management. Strong knowledge of

curtain walls, cladding, ACP, glazing, and facade systems

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and ERP software

. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
