Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in the office furniture and fit-out industry . The role requires effective communication with clients, designers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality results within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, schedules, and resources.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring that timelines and milestones are met.
- Oversee design, procurement, and installation of furniture and fit-out elements.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
3. Budget Management & Cost Control:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and maintained within the allocated budget.
- Approve expenditures and negotiate pricing with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor financial performance, providing regular budget forecasts and updates to management.
4. Risk Management & Problem Solving:
- Identify and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place for potential issues. Solve project-related problems efficiently to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure that any changes to the project scope are communicated and approved by all stakeholders.
5. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure that all materials, furniture, and fit-out components meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Oversee final inspections and handovers to clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience:2 to 4 years of project management experience in the furniture or fit-out industry.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with furniture design, interior fit-outs, construction processes, and space planning.
Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering.
Salary : 6000AED - 8000AED
