Job Objectives:
• Responsible for the support contract execution of the projects assigned to you as per Chorus
• In coordination with the referent Program Manager, KAM and Sales, contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with customer to reach business objectives.
• Responsible to come up with effective solutions and working toward achieving goals, use communication skills to identify and address client' needs while representing company in a positive way.
• Within the Defense Service Center entity, will work directly with the whole team according to their specialty area, hierarchically or functionally.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Managing Project as per Chorus Processes, including:
+ Ensure Performance towards the Customer.
+ Ensure optimized performance of the Contract.
+ Ensure performance of Revenue and cash collection as per Plan.
+ Ensure Quality Assessment is regularly updated and shows no discrepancy.
+ Follow-up the Customer-facing KPIs and ensure performance is at or above required level.
+ Take and monitor action to anticipate and correct deviation.
+ Define and follow-up internal KPIs to monitor efficient performance of the project.
+ Propose and implement improvement plans.
• Leading the support of the installed base solutions deployed in the UAE Air Force.
• Being a source of operational proposals, facing customers in order to evolve its capacities according to the full Thales solutions portfolio.
• Capturing the Customer's requirements on the Air Force domain.
• Supporting bids and offer Sales action on this area.
• Managing resources : logistics and administrative support, technical assistance deployed by THIME/TET for your projects
• Supporting deployed technical assistance from BLs.
• Developing and implementing the Customer Service Policy.
• Building strong customer relationships, by communicating courteously by phone, email, letter or face-to-face meetings
• Measuring the customer satisfaction and improving services.
• Reporting to his hierarchy.
Work experience requirements:
• Proven work experience in Services domain
• Highly organized and capable planner with excellent attention to details
Qualification & educational requirements:
• Bachelor degree in related fields, project management to business development.
• Budget and expenses control.
• Proficiency in English, French is a plus.
