Job Title: Project Manager - AI-Driven Real-Time Interactive Live Streaming SDK/API Platform Development.

Location: Dubai

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and integration of AI-driven real-time interactive live streaming SDK/API platform such as Agora, 100ms, Twilio, Zoom, Jitsi etc . This role will involve managing the complete project lifecycle, from conception through implementation and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, as well as technical knowledge of streaming technologies and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects focused on the development and integration of real-time interactive streaming SDKs and APIs.

Technical Collaboration: Work closely with software development teams to define project scope, requirements, and specifications for platforms like Agora, 100ms, Twilio, Zoom, Jitsi and others.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, risks, and progress, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet high standards of quality, performance, and functionality, particularly in real-time interactive environments.

Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.

Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve project management methodologies, tools, and workflows to enhance project efficiency and success rates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 5+ years of project management experience in technology-driven environments, with a focus on live streaming or interactive communication applications.

Proven experience with SDK/API platforms such as Agora, 100ms, Twilio, Zoom, Jitsi , or similar technologies.

Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello , or equivalent.

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies , with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to decision-making based on data and insights.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in real-time streaming and communication.

Knowledge of streaming protocols such as RTMP, RTSP, HLS, WebRTC and their application in live streaming development.

Knowledge of suitable languages like C++/C, Java/Kotlin, Swift/Objective-C, JavaScript/TypeScript .

Exposure to server side components for media processing and routing, using frameworks like Node.js , Django , or Spring Boot .

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and familiarity with DevOps practices.

PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Previous experience in developing applications with voice/video calling, live streaming, broadcast streaming, real-time chat, and interactive functionalities.

Pay Scale: AED 15,000 - AED 30,000 (Negotiable) per month
