We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager (OFFSHORE BROWNFIELD / OFFSHORE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY) to lead and manage our offshore brownfield projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in offshore construction and operations, with a strong background in mechanical engineering, particularly within the ADNOC oil and gas sector.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of brownfield projects in line with ADNOC's strategic objectives. This role demands expertise in mechanical equipment, offshore construction, and project management to ensure all operations are carried out to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepares and Implement Project Execution Plan (PEP)
• Provides input to proposals department with regard to project(s) execution and coordination
• Provides "first line" contact with client(s) and coordinates client(s) project requirements.
• Maintain key relationships with Managing Director, Members of the Senior Management, & Operations Team
• Manages all project contractual and project related meetings
• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment
• Ensures all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval
• Coordinates all activities related to the project
• Ensures required materials are scheduled and purchased
• Monitors delivery schedules of project materials and ensure potential slippages are managed
• Responsible for project material issues and control
• Monitors material usage and costs to ensure material budgets are achieved
• Monitors all elements of work execution and productivity to maximize project efficiencies to achieving required man - hour and procurement budgets
• Ensures all contract variations, out with the scope of the original contract, are invoiced
• Liase with QC Department to complete inspection
• Work as part of team within the department and office
• Coordinate materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at site
• Coordinate with all project related personnel (onshore and Offshore) on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Develop proactive monitoring and reporting systems and routines to ensure "early warning" of potential project problems.
• Prepare and presents project start up, progress and close out reports for senior management
• Comply with ISO Standards of 9001 & 45001 & 14001
• Ensure compliance with Health, safety and Environmental (HSE) Responsibilities

Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven of 10 years experience (UAE - ADNOC Offshore Construction and Project management)
• Proven expertise in mechanical equipment and offshore construction .
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of offshore construction methodologies, project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
