The Project Manager will be responsible for:
1. Process Documentation:
• Collaborating with team members to capture and document existing processes and workflows.
• Developing comprehensive and standardized documentation for all processes.
• Continuously identifying areas for improvement and updating documentation as needed.
2. Workflow Creation:
• Designing and implementing new workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Standardizing processes across the team to ensure alignment with best practices. Ensuring all documentation is clear, accessible, and up-to-date.
3. Organizational Learning:
Establishing a knowledge management system to maintain and share organizational knowledge.
Training team members on new processes and workflows to ensure smooth implementation.
Facilitating ongoing learning and development to keep the team informed of changes and improvements.
4. Project Management:
• Leading the team through process enhancements and workflow implementation.
• Setting project goals, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful deliver
• Monitoring progress and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in project management, in a hands-on role.
2. Strong background in process improvement and workflow creation.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with a team to capture and document knowledge. 5. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in knowledge management and organizational learning.
Background in business development.
