Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Projects Manager to oversee and lead key fit out & Renovation projects within our organization. The Senior Projects Manager will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, resources required, budget, and timelines. Lead project teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress, track performance against milestones, and report status to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues that may impact project scope, schedule, or budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocations effectively. Implement best practices in project management, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP certification is a plus. Proven experience (5 years) in project management, preferably in a senior role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
