Job Description

Primarily responsible for ensuring compliance with building project standards, Project Planning and Scheduling, Coordinating communication with government agencies, overseeing collaboration between different internal specialties, and reviewing architectural drawings.

1. Education and Professional Background

Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Background from recognized international institutions or UAE government-certified qualifications (such as MOHRE or Dubai Municipality recognition). A Master's degree or higher is preferred.

2. Professional Skills

Proficiency in using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc. Familiar with UAE Building Code, Dubai or Abu Dhabi municipal requirements, civil defense requirement and international standards (such as BS, IBC, LEED certification). Knowledge of sustainable building design, with experience in LEED or ESTIDAMA being preferred. Familiar with Abu Dhabi project design processes and municipal MEP systems.

3. Work Experience

Over 8 years of experience, capable of independently leading architectural projects and liaising with government approvals (for senior positions). Experience in the UAE is preferred.

4. Personal Abilities

Proficient in Arabic and English.

5. Qualifications

UAE Registered Engineer License (Dubai Municipality or Abu Dhabi Municipality certification).

6. Other Requirements

Valid UAE work visa or the ability to obtain a work permit.

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
