Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience working in the GCC region, overseeing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of high-rise building projects, from planning and design to construction and handover. Ensure project deliverables are met within budget, scope, and time constraints. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues. Implement safety and quality control measures to meet industry standards. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients. Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules efficiently. Liaise with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). 15+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on high-rise building construction. Extensive experience in the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.). Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
