Job PurposeThe Project Manager is responsible to lead, plan, execute, and finalize projects within specified constraints, ensuring successful project delivery that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager is also responsible for managing all aspects of a project, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks, while effectively communicating and collaborating with project stakeholder.Project Management
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their engagement and involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other internal stakeholders, to monitor and track progress.
Resource and Budget Management
Coordinate and allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, funds and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and implementing cost control measures.
Collaborate and functional managers to secure and optimize resource availability for project activities.
Manage and control changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using Bespin's process techniques.
Compliance
Comply with the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ISO 27001 requirements, and actively participate in regular training and audits to ensure continuous alignment with the standard
