Job Description
Requirements for role:
• 5-7 years experience with domain experience in IT Infrastructure & Security Operations.
• PMP Certified
• ITIL foundations preferred
• Strong communication and presentations skills
• English speaking, Arabic a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult conversations
• Own Visa
• Extendable Contract
